Habago Living and Beaute Club Terms & Conditions (Hong Kong SAR)

1. Membership & Eligibility
The Habago Living and Beaute Club Program ("Program") is a rewards program offered by www.habago.hk. ("Habago ") to customers. Membership to the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Habago and its affiliates are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions. You must be age 18 years or to be eligible for Membership. Eligible minors under the age of 18 must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. By submitting an application for Membership in the Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). A purchase is necessary to become a member. Affiliates of Habago may also have similar customer programs; Membership in the Program does not confer any rights or benefits in the program of any other Habago affiliate. To join the Program, you are required to first register on our site through submitting a registration form to become a Member by providing certain personal information. A Habago Living and Beaute Club designated membership number will be assigned to you after successful registration. We may decline your application under applicable circumstances as may be determined by us in our sole discretion.

 

Loss of record / Reward Points under Habago Living and Beaute Club account

  1. If your Program account malfunctions due to no fault of yours, you may recover your Reward Points by contacting Habago Customer Service
  2. You should notify us immediately by calling the Habago Customer Service Hotline if your Progame account has been used by others. We are not responsible for any loss (including Reward Points and Cash Vouchers) suffered by you in relation to loss of your Program account.
  3. Where applicable, in determining the available balance of Reward Points to be recovered from the loss of you Program account, the records heald by us shall be conclusive evidence of the available balance of Reward Points.
  4. We reserve the right not to re-issue your Reward Points to you in case of lost/stolen Program account.
  5. If you wish to cancel your Program membership, you need to contact Habago Customer Hotline. Your Reward Points will be forfeited upon cancellation.


2. Earning and Redeeming Program Rewards
Under the Program, you earn one (1) Habago Living and Beaute Club point (“point”) at the rate specified on the Program website when you purchase merchandise (excluding the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards and shipping costs online. You must provide a form of identification at the point of purchase to have any points credited to your Program Account. The form of identification may consist of your Program e-mail address, phone number, membership number, or full name. 
  • Reward Points will not be awarded in decimals. For example, if the Net Purchase Amount is $53.9, ten (10) Reward Points will be issued, based on the Net Purchase Amount of $50.  
  • Reward Points will be awarded for the Net Purchase Amount at the rate of:  1 Reward Point for every HK$1.00 spent at www.habago.hk.
  • Unless otherwise specified under particular transaction(s), Reward Points will be awarded and updated within seven (7) working days from the delivery date of the product(s) purchased by you. You may check your balance of your Reward Points by logging on to the the Program’s Website, or by contacting Habago Customer Service.
  • If Cash Rebate, Cash Vouchers, or other cash coupons and discounts, are used during the purchase, Reward Points will be calculated based on the Net Purchase Amount.
  • Reward Points are valid for one (1) years from the date of issue, after which they automatically expire.
  • From time to time Reward Points may not be issued for the purchase of certain commodities or services,or when you are entitled to some other benefits. Notice of such restrictions will be posted on the Program’s Website for your information.
  • If you are entitled to a refund in relation to any goods or services purchased, the Reward Points awarded for that purchase will be deducted from and adjusted in you Program account when the refund is made.
  • Benefits, including Reward Points issued during one-off promotion (e.g. during Our Partners’ launch) will be governed by the rules of the specific promotion and may expire after the end of that promotion.
  • We have the right to (a) adjust, withdraw or cancel any rewards or benefits including Reward Points awarded or to be awarded to you; (b) suspend or stop providing any rewards, benefits or service at Site at any time; and (c) terminate your membership; at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice to you.
  • In case of any disputes, Habago reserved the right to make the final decision and reserved the right to change the above offers or terms without prior notice.

 

3. Earning and Redeeming Program Rewards
Upon accumulating certain Reward Points by purchasing at the Site, you may use your Reward Points to redeem Cash Vouchers or get cash discounts on your purchases. The redeeming rate is (i) 200 Reward Points to a HK$1.00 cash discount when making a purchase. Each redemption needs to be a multiple of HK$1.00 cash voucher or cash discount.
  • Cash Voucher may be used to exchange for a specific and equivalent amount of goods or service at the Site, on or before the expiry date stated on the Cash Voucher. The Cash Voucher shall be invalid after the expiry date.
  • Redemption Voucher may be used to redeem specific products at the applicable Site on or before expiry date stated on the Redemption Voucher. The Redemption Voucher shall be invalid after the expiry date.
  • Cash Discount, Cash Voucher and Redemption Voucher are not exchangeable for cash or other coupons. No change will be given wither in cash or in other form when using the Cash Voucher in your purchase.
  • Cash discount is only applicable to normal price items.
  • We reserve the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from any Cash Voucher, Cash Discount or Redemption Voucher.
  • The use of Cash Voucher, Cash Discount and redemption Voucber may be subject to further restrictions imposed by us from time to time.
  • If you are entitled to a refund in relation to any goods or services purchased by using a Cash Voucher (whether in partial or full settlement for the purchase) or via cash discount converted by applying Reward Points, or, if your return of the redeemed product under a Redmeption Voucher is accepted by us, relevant adjustments will be made to the Reward Points in your Program account (giving credit to the redeemed Rewards Points and deducting the Rewards Points earned for that purchase) when the refund or return of product is made.

 

4. Your targeted offers
The information you provide to us when you register as a Member will help us to make carefully selected Habago offers that we believe will be of interest and value to you. The more you purchase at the Site, the more benefits you will receive. With your consent or indication of no objection, you will receive various Habago offers from time to time. Some of these are unique offers for you and some can be shared with your friends who are also Members, subject to the terms and conditions of each individual offer.


5. Others

  • In the event that your Habago Living and Beaute Club account has no activity for a period of three (3) years, we will, for your own and our protection, deem your account to be no longer in use. Your personal information in our record will also be deleted. You may need to reapply for a new membership if you wish to rejoin the Program.
  • As the Program operates through systems which reply on communication networks, electricity networks etc., which may be beyond our control, we cannot always ensure that the Program operates at all times. However we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our system supports the operations in connection with the Program.
  • You should not transfer your Habago Living and Beaute Club account details to any other person.
  • We may provide you with new services associated with your membership under the Program from time to time, and these new services will be governed by these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the respective services.
  • If we are going to terminate the Program, we shall give you at least one (1) month’s notive by advertising on Site.
  • If you breach or we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, we may suspend or terminate your Habago Living and Beaute Club membership and seek to recover any damages that your breach may have caused to us or Our Partners.
  • You must not tamper with the data recorded in your Habago Living and Beaute Club account in any wat which may be a criminal offence. We will not honour transactions and any benefits, including Reward Points, if your Habago Living and Beaute Club account has been tampered with.
  • We have the right to claim and recover reasonable costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by us or Our Partners as a result of your altering or interfering, allowing a third party to alter or interfere with the data in your Habago Living and Beaute Club account.
  • We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. A copy of the latest version of theseTerms and Conditions will be available on the Site.
  • If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English  and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
