Refund policy
Due to sanitary and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or exchange for personal care products and perfumes.
RECEIVED AN INCORRECT / MISSING / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Habago stands behind all of our products. We do our best to ensure that all products are of a high quality and correct orders are delivered before they leave our warehouse. In the unlikely event that your item(s) received is faulty, incorrect, missing or defective please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 working days of receipt for further instructions. As a condition of eligible refunds, all items must be unused, and please ensure original packaging and all other accessories are included and undamaged.
You must provide our CS team member with the following details within 7 working days of receipt:
- Your order number
- The matter of issue e.g. incorrect, missing or defective item
- Pictures, if applicable
- Your contact number and name for follow up

After your request has been authorized, you will then receive an email with your Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA). Please quote the RMA number on package and arrange for delivery of the returns to Habago by any secure means of your choice. Otherwise, please visit the address below with your authorized return to arrange for refund or exchange.

- We do not accept cash on deliveries (COD)
- We will not be responsible for any product(s) that have not been properly identified and authorized for return in accordance with Habago’s return policy
- Habago reserves the right to reject returns sent, or that have been communicated to use beyond the returns period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were originally received.
- All returns must be authorized by Habago
RETURNS OF UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
When we receive orders being returned to us with incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or arrange a re-delivery. A restocking/handling fee (25% of the original invoice price) will be deducted from the refund/charged before re-delivery.
REFUND PROCESS
Your returned items are usually received and accepted at our warehouse 3-5 working days after they are received at Habago. After inspection of the item(s), refund would be process and credited to the original payment method.
The refund duration might take up to 28 working days to show on your account due to processing times variations between payment providers and banks.
